Mathew Embry
Mathew Embry is a filmmaker, speaker, and President of MS Hope. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in the mid-1990s, he has lived with MS for nearly 30 years while remaining active, mobile, and deeply engaged in creative and physical pursuits.
Rather than focusing on fear or limitation, Mathew has spent decades studying the science of MS, lifestyle interventions, and human resilience, and sharing that knowledge freely with people around the world. He speaks openly about what helped, what failed, and why personal responsibility, evidence, and hope matter.
Living Symptom Free with MS for 30 Years: Evidence, Discipline and Hope
Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis over 30 years ago, Mathew Embry was told to prepare for decline. Instead, he chose to question assumptions, follow the science wherever it led, and take radical responsibility for his health.
In this talk, Mathew shares his lived experience with MS alongside clear, science-based information around lifestyle, nutrition, vitamin D, movement, mindset, and resilience. This is not a sales pitch, a miracle cure, or a one-size-fits-all solution. It is an honest account of what helped, what didn’t, and what the research actually says — without hype or fear.
Drawing from three decades of personal experience, global research, and conversations with scientists, physicians, and patients around the world, Mathew offers a message of hope grounded in evidence, not wishful thinking.
Speaking Times:
Saturday, March 7 .... 1:30 pm
